José Olivera

José Olivera is president of the Federación Nacional de Profesores de Enseñanza Secundaria (FENAPES) [National Federation of Secondary Education Teachers] of Uruguay. He is Assistant Professor in Secondary Education and General Coordinator of the Coordinadora de Sindicatos de la Enseñanza del Uruguay (CSEU) [Coordinating Committee of Uruguayan Education Unions]. He is also a member of the National Directorate of the PIT CNT (Central de Trabajadores) and of the Regional Committee of Education International for Latin America.
