Jim Baker

Jim Baker is an experienced trade union activist and official, coming originally from the United Automobile Workers union (UAW). He worked for the AFL-CIO, serving in the US and abroad. Baker was a member of the ILO Governing Body and, later, an ILO official. He was the Coordinator of the Council of Global Unions (CGU) and currently does work for the Global Union Federations Education International (EI) and Building and Wood Workers’ International. (BWI).
